Hillary Locke Mujica ADVISOR

President, Locke Media Group

As a sixth-generation Denver native, Hillary Locke Mujica values the history of Colorado and honors her family roots that helped create the city we know today. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Hillary moved to San Francisco to start a career in public relations which later took her to Manhattan as well as Chicago.  She finally made her way home to Colorado in 2011 and immediately refocused her sites on skiing, fly fishing, biking, and hiking in the Rockies. In 2014 she started her own media company, Locke Media Group LLC, a broadcast media company with both national and local clients.  Additionally, Hillary’s love of flowers and creative spirit leads her to open The French Fleur LLC where she designs floral arrangements for clients, family, and friends for celebratory events, monthly subscriptions, and everyday joys.

Hillary married Duane Mujica in September of 2016 at The Sonnenalp in Vail and now lives in the Observatory Park area with their daughters Aria (8) and Eleanor (3) and her beloved scruffy terrier, Maisie.  In addition to being on the board of Sacred Cycle, Hillary is an active member of the Denver community, volunteering her time and talents for a variety of organizations including the Junior League of Denver, We Don’t Waste, The Children’s Museum, the 911 Museum and Memorial Outreach and Wash Park United Methodist Preschool.  Hillary is also a member of the Perennial Garden Club of Denver.

“I know first hand how vital it is to have access to therapy and a support group to help navigate through the pain, trauma and fear caused by sexual abuse.  Additionally, the mind-body connection plays a huge part in working through these feelings and taking ownership of your body again.  I joined the Sacred Cycle Board to help survivors live a life full of love and joy, and break free from the physical and emotional pain they’ve experienced.”
