How Do Women Define Success? A free speaker event about overcoming obstacles

April 8, 2020 5:30 – 8:00pm | Defining Success for Women: A free speaker event hosted by the Sacred Cycle

How do women define success? Join the Sacred Cycle for an evening in Vail, Colorado with survivor and keynote speaker Trish Kendall will tell her story about overcoming obstacles in order to find success. Trish inspires women to achieve success no matter their obstacles by sharing her climb from the pit of despair to the peak of success. On her journey from despair to joy, she is proud of the many successes she has achieved and grateful for the lessons she’s learned along the way. But her ultimate success is to have finally embraced her boundless capacity to love and to be loved. And her single-most important lesson in this journey is that love is your choice. In her talk, she will share her journey and the lessons she’s learned along the way. Currently, Trish is an Executive Vice President at Jenny Craig leading the strategy, sales and commercialization of Jenny Craig’s new business initiatives.

Following her keynote, there will be an expert panel discussion to raise awareness and educate on sexual abuse including regional industry leaders of youth empowerment, mental health, suicide, addiction, and outdoor recreation. Panel topics will include how to support a survivor; how to watch for signs; demystify myths and building awareness in the Vail Valley.

Let’s bring awareness through gathering for an inspiring experience on how deliberately create and nurture our community members. The free speaker event will also include light appetizers and beverages.

Sacred Cycle’s mission is to empower survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault through therapy and cycling, creating a sacred cycle of recovery, personal development, and community impact.
